EU special envoy on Afghanistan praises India`s offer of humanitarian support to Kabul

Talking to Zee Media, Niklasson said," there is a very strong overlap in way, or a very similar analysis of the situation" by India, EU when it comes to Afghanistan and both are "looking to see if there are  concrete areas where we can work."
