No NOC, no problem: Tuition teachers in Gujarat city take classes in crematorium

The tuition teachers say that the building in which classes were initially conducted has not received a NOC from local administration and because they don't want students to suffer with their studies, they are left with no option but to have classes in various parts of Palanpur.
