Youths joining militancy in Kashmir highest since 2010; Al-Qaeda aligned group gaining foothold

According to data compiled till July 31, 2018, around 131 youths have joined various terror outfits and Shopian district has alone contributed the maximum of 35 so far. The number of local recruits in 2017 was 126.
