Cuba holds parliament meeting to discuss constitutional reform

Raul Castro, first secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) and President Miguel Diaz-Canel have chaired an extraordinary session of the Caribbean nation`s parliament to discuss a constitutional reform.
