Boat capsizes in river Godavari in Andhra Pradesh; 17 rescued, 23 still missing

At least 17 people have been rescued in the boat tragedy in East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh wherein the boat carrying at least 40 people capsized in river Godavari. However, at least 23 people continue to be missing even as the rescue and relief operations are underway.
